Rank- [ Pushes her hair back , grinning like a boy getting a new toy]" Anything specific?"
Nora - [Smiling back]"I`ll show you" [moves in to kiss Dr. Rank , the house door pops out Helmer with a shotgun in hand]
Helmer-" You get your hands away from my little featherbrain[tears flowing from his eyes]
Nora- Helmer! Where did you get that!!!!"
Helmer- [ Helmer shoots his gun clipping Rank straight in the chest, blood covering Nora]

Dramatized
Act number two is finally over and wasn't this one a big exciting one! The drama level has rose to a point I didn't think this play would actually get too. There are points when I wanted to just read ahead so I could figure out what happens , a real nail bitter. Reading this act I found things that my opinions totally change from reading in act one. I was shocked to find out not only that Dr. Rank has loved Nora the whole time but how Nora acts we get the strong feeling that she would be with Dr. Rank If she wasn't with Helmer. We also find out about how Rank is about to pass!! I didn't really understand what he was saying until he said "those who pass are soon forgotten"(Ibsen). As you can see the drama in this story is unbelievable.
The thing that changed the most were my opinions in the story. A good example of that is Kristina, I first saw her as this super sweet and caring not harmless woman. But now from when she talks to Krogstad and she does that backstabbing move I my opinion by saying that Nora and Helmer need to have no lies in there relationship. Another example is learning how suicidal Nora gets after she learns Krogstad is going to give the letter to Helmer. All this is leading up to the exciting Act 3 and I cant wait to finally read and finish this great play

Act 1 review
Act 1 of a dolls house was a very interesting and detailed first act. We are introduced to many different characters of different personalities and problems. For example we get to know my favorite character so far Krogstad, a very evil and sneaky person indeed which is what I like. We also are introduced to Nora a very complicated person to understand in my opinion. At first I figured she was a shopper who spends away all the money but after reading I se her in a more compassionate way.
In act 1 we also see how each character act towards each other mostly between Helmer and Nora. I do not think that Helmer respects Nora as much as she should. When he asks "what is my little scatterbrain doing" or says "does my little featherbrain forget" or even when he says "just like a woman I can feel the sense that he doesn't give the much needed respect that she deserves and should get. You also see it a bit of flare from Nora which I was shocked to see. When Mrs. Linde talks about how easy her life has been she jumps and doesn't hesitate to defend herself on that comment. I`m already excited to pickup back on Act 2. What do u think will happen next ? Will Nora confess her lie or will Helmer find out from Krogstad?

A New Start
Hi , my name is Charles. Something you want to know bout me is my passion for soccer, I practically live for it. Also I do like to play my guitar. This year in English class has been a new fun experience and ad an exciting one with all of our class discussions and fun activities. Even the teachers sense of humor is something I am not use to.
Henrik Ibsen was born on March 20, 1828, in Skien, Norway. He was the oldest of 5 children to Knud and Marichen Ibsen. At the age of 8 years old the family became poverty stricken when his fathers business had failed and the family sold all there things and moved to a small farm outside of town. There Henrik spent a lot of his time getting into magic and reading. When Henrik was 15 he left school and started to work as a apprentice in a apothecary for 6 years using his spare time writing poetry and painting and in 1849 he wrote his first play Catilina.
In 1862 after writing "Loves Comdey" he settled for Italy for a time where he wrote another play Brand which made him famous in Scandanavia. This launched his career and when he wrote "A Dolls House" in 1879 he became more well know. Later in his years he set back for Norway , his home where in the 1900`s suffering series of strokes until his death 1906. I think his work "A Dolls House" was suppose to relate back to hi childhood when he was still trying to figure out how and what he was gonna be.
